We offer a wide range of website and print services to give your business both the means and the identity to operate effectively on the internet. Our aim is to make your website an active addition to your business, not just an address that sits on your business cards.
Follow these easy steps to obtain a website for your company :
- First, we will ask you to fill in a RFP and send it to us.
- We will then review your RFP and send you a proposal covering work to be done, a time-line and costs involved. Once we receive a signed proposal back from you, the work begins.
- After consulting with you on website design requirements, our design team will come up with a template of what your site will look like. This template is sent to you and through dialog we customize it until it meets your satisfaction.
- Once the website design is finished, it goes to our site building team, who will cut the design up into xhtml / css. This will turn your very static website design into a xhtml web page, where you can for example click on links and select text.
- Next our CMS implementation team will take the xhtml / css templates from the site builders and make it editable through the Azapi CMS. The CMS (content management system) will allow you to update your website through a browser(e.g. Internet Explorer). In addition to the updates, the CMS, among other things also deals with website statistics (the traffic to your website) and sending out newsletters.
- Once your website is manageable through the CMS, we will give you some training on making updates, consultation on best practises on the internet and help with search engine optimization.
